2. AI-Generated Content & Intellectual Property

The Service utilizes third-party artificial intelligence APIs to generate audio based on user prompts. Due to the inherent nature of machine learning models:

• Electric Lime does not claim ownership over the generated audio output.
• We make no representations or warranties that the generated content will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• You assume full legal responsibility for how you utilize, distribute, or monetize the audio generated through the Service.

3. Credits and Subscriptions

Access to premium features or extended generation capabilities may require the purchase of credits or a subscription. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for credits that have already been utilized to generate content, nor for partial subscription periods.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to generate audio that is illegal, defamatory, promotes hate speech, or intentionally infringes on existing copyrighted material. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Electric Lime disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the accuracy or reliability of the AI output. In no event shall Electric Lime be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
